What is included in the trade fee?
Brokerages and large correspondent banks may charge a retail rate (which may include a mark up)
for the transaction. They may also charge a delivery fee or wire fee. With ZIONSFX, you receive a wholesale rate with
no mark up. The $50 trade fee pays for the trade and delivery.

No, there is no user charge for the ZIONSFX platform.
- Is there a minimum transaction size?
No, there is no minimum transaction size for any payment.
- How many foreign currencies are available?
Fourteen currencies are currently offered:

Rates are provided by UBS, a global investment banking and securities firm.
- How often are the prices updated?
Prices are streaming online and updated in real time.
- How do I access the ZIONSFX platform?
You access the platform on the Internet at
http://www.zionsfx.com
with a login id and password. To obtain a login id and password, you will need to sign up by going through the application process.
- Can I make a trade directly with a trader?
No. Even though we have personnel to assist you over the phone with any of your questions, you complete all trades online.
- How do I add or delete delivery instruction templates?
You can add, delete or modify instructions online
after signing into the platform with your login id and password.
- How and when are fees charged to my account?
Fees are charged monthly through your Zions Bank business checking or savings account.
- How do I apply?
You will need to go through the application process by
contacting us. The process entails:
- Opening a Zions Bank business checking or savings account if you do not currently have one.
- Signing the ZIONSFX agreement, which can be obtained by contacting us.
- Providing user information such as, email, address, and phone number. To answer the set up questions, please contact us.
- Having completed these three steps, you will shortly receive your login id and a temporary password via email.
- I am an individual, can I use ZIONSFX?
Unfortunately, ZIONSFX is available only to businesses.
ZIONSFX users must have a Zions Bank business checking or savings account.
